Brief History: Kouzai grew up raised with his cousins Kura Kururugi and Sia Kururugi. He's always been closer to Kura, the two of them are like siblings, one constantly worrying for the other. He never knew his parents and is the last remaining member fo the Gokai Clan, making him leader. He is the reincarnate of the Sage of Six Paths and is in control of the Six Paths of the Rinnegan and the Rinnegan itself.
