Tsukiji Apartments.

Tsukiji Apartments,

A tall apartment building in the city a few blocks away from the Hoshigaki High School.

I appeard near the Appartments. I looked into the blue sky and smiled brightly.

I clutched my bag as I walked home. I thought to myself, "I need to continue my training.." I was wearing my school uniform, as well as a hat. The cold brush of wind hit my knees, atleast the part that wasn't covered by my long socks. I brushed the bangs out of my hair as I looked behind me, blushing at the school boys walking home.

I made it to my apartment building, Tsukiji Apartments. It was pretty tall, and I was on the twentith floor; which meant a lot of walking since the elevators were down.

I noticed a girl infront of the path to the entrance. I called out, "Excuse me miss, are you in this apartment too?" I smiled, trying to be kind like my brother taught me. It's not as easy as it seems. I waited for a response, the wind blowing my long pink hair towards the left.

I stared at her. My face expressionless. My hair flying over my mouth. My eyes visable. My school clothing blowing with my hair.
I didnt say a word.

I looked at the girl, she looked at me.

Quite the awkward silence.

I merely smiled, "What floor are you on? Are you new?" The wind was soft, blowing my pink hair in the breeze. I saw her face, completely emotionless, her eyes just a deep pool of darkness. I was calm, the wind being my strength. But there was something about the girl I couldn't put my finger on..

She was so hard to read, and usually I could read people pretty well.

My cell-phone rang, and Bing-Bang's Lollipop isn't the best silence-breaker. I reached into my skirt's pocket and pulled out my simple flip-phone, 'Mom,' it read. I was lucky it was just a text, but then I faced the girl again and finally spoke after the minutes of silence, "Sia Kurururgi. I'm sorry about my phone." I smiled.

I didnt know what to say. "Sorry for the delayed responce". I said. "My names Mikuri Kozai". I said smiling.
I walked abit closer noticing the same uniform as I. "So, you go to Hoshigaki High, huh?" I asked. Not really paying attencion to her being a Kurururgi. I just stood there smilling waiting for a responce.

"Nice to meet you Mikuri! Hoshigaki Highschool? Yes, this being my third year!" I smiled, then remember what she said, 'Mikuri Kozai.'

We were from different clan, with not the best of history. I thought since we were supposively still Allies though, it would be safe to talk to her. I hope Father feels the same..

"Are you going to come inside? It's a little chilly out here." I tried to make conversation, a key to friendship. Something my brother taught me.

I held right to my bag, both hands holding it infront of me.

I waited.

I thought for a moment. Then I spoke..."Sure." I said happliy. We begain to walk into the entrence of the building.
"Thank you." I said delayed.

I looked at her, "Are you an upperclassmen now? Almost graduated? I had to take summer school last year... I stink in history." I laughed.

I took off my jacket; thinking, 'She seems nice.. Quiet, but still nice none-the-less.' I got out my glasses and put them on, sighing seeing the elevator was still closed, "I guess we'll have to walk.. What floor are you on, anyways?" I brush my pink bangs to the side, put my glasses back into my bag.

I tried to remain calm, trying not to be so talkative.. but that didn't work out. I wish my brother was here to help me.

I waited.

I dissapered without a trace. I didnt live anywhere in the apartment building. I lived in a house farther away from there.
I left a note in her hands. It read:

"Sorry for leaving so fast,
Please come for tea at my place.
It's in the old town of Tokyo. : )
Ps. It's seven houses from the right.
And please come this saturday at presicaly 2:00.

Mikuri. "

I blinked, "Huh.. She left so soon."

I looked at the note, "Well.. I guess it would be rude to decline." I smiled, then opened the door and began to walk up the flights of stairs.
